DS156, need your help, Thanks

Hi, I am holding H1b visa and recently just filed I140. I am planning to go back China in April. I am not clear to several questions on DS156. Hope somebody who had similar experience can help me.
Should I choose "YES" for questions: #32 - Do you intend to work in the U.S? and #36 - Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf? If I answer "YES" to question 36, does it affect the H1 visa application?
How to answer #26 - How long do you intend to stay in the US?
