H4身份，NIW I-140 和I-485同時被拒11天，想暫時保住EDA的有效性，在30天內appeal or MTR 兩者是否都可采用？
Yes.
如果appeal or MTR 最後還是被拒， 則 NIW I-140 和I-485被拒30天以後的打工是否illegal?
No. It will based on the denied notice. Because it is still considered as pending days.
