Please share naturalization timeline in Delaware State

I filed N-400 on 5/22/06, fingerprint done on 6/10/06. Then no update at all since that. My date has passed the USCIS process date window. I am thinking about lawsuit. Is there anyone from Delware to share his timeline? Can anyone share their timeline?
