Due to the Backlog of NIW, I now want to file an EB1a

Actually my PD is only 20days away, and I have 485 ted w/ EAD/AP, sigh...

Anyway, try to speed it up. I now want to file an EB1a.

If I,
1) file a 140,

2) then change job (academic to industry, similar research work),

3) and then 485 after 140 approval. Is that a feasible way? Does EB1a also needs the "180 days" for job change?
