Help urgently needed!!

I have got an on-site interview, but just found that it is not the position may be higher than what I applied for, and I totally have no idea about the requirements for this position. The company's HR has booked the ticket and the interview schedule. The schedule is next Wednesday. I just don'twhat to do. Do I have to tell them the fact?
