Local CIS's excuses

As you know, local USCIS only provides interim EAD. Yes, They did give me excuses: (1) Local office stopped to provide interim EAD since (forgot the date); (2)Even they do, they will not be able to give the second time of interim EAD. I have already got one interim EAD from the same office, as I mentioned in my last message. Thank you so much for your prompt response!
