各位大俠給點建議：如何回複EB1A的RFE

（小白兔，你已經回複過了，非常感謝，我想問問其他朋友們的建議，很抱歉我重發一次帖子。）

我的EB1A用了Premium Processing，DIY, 今天收到RFE傳真：

“Please provide evidence that the alien is coming to the US to continue work in the area of expertise, ie: letters from prospective employers, evidence of prearranged commitments such as contracts, or a statement from the beneficiary detailing plans on how the alien intends to continue his work in the U.S."

"Please provide copies of published material written by other engineers that cites the research or articles that the beneficiary has written."

我現在是postdoctor H1B到今年12月份到期，已經有一家和我們實驗室合作的公司要我去工作，並答應4月1號開始辦H1B，公司也有意向給我辦EB1B。現在針對以上的 RFE,是不是我向他們要一封類似錄用通知的信就可以了？還是要提供類似於offer package的完整材料？謝謝！

針對第二條，我有42個citations,當時隻提供了一張list表明我的某篇文章被引用了多少次，結果都是用google scholar查到的，大部分都是中文的。當初沒有附上的原因就是擔心不強會起反作用，那麽現在提供是不是一樣不好呢？

從我讀USCIS給我的RFE的傳真來看，我覺得重點應該在第一條，而且他們在傳真中也提到他們Prefer傳真回複（72小時以內），公司的信我可以傳真給他們，但是文章顯然不可能，太多了。我想僅傳真公司的信，再寄那些文章，但他們的傳真上說“PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND BY BOTH MAIL AND FAX”，是不是說我隻能用MAIL了？謝謝。

另外，我遞交申請以後又有了 3個journal review, 1個conference邀請為co-chair，1個paper request by a professor. 我有必要也附上這些材料嗎？太多問題了，非常感謝。

2. 4 years post doctor in USA
3. Research on computer control of machine tool
4. 24 peer reviewed journal (15 1st author,12 Chinese)
5. 11 conference paper (8 1st author, all english)
6. 10 oral presentations at international conferences
7. 1 NSF funded travel grant
8. 42 citations (most in Chinese)
9. 15 reviews for 2 international journal and 1 international conference
10. 11 reference from 5 professors (1 Chinese, 1 Canada, 2 USA, 1 Singapore), 1 Chief-in-Editor of an international journal (UK), 1 NIST researcher, 5 industry (2 CEO from Japan and USA, 1 CTO from China, 1 Manager from USA)
11. Co-organizer of 3 conference and chaired one session of an international conference
12. Associate Director of a university lab, our lab is not famous
13. ASME, IEEE member, Sigma Xi full member, AAAS professional member
