I have the same experience as you. DOS sent REM letteter to TSC in OCt. 2003, but I have not received anything from TSC. called BCIS several time, they always asked me the receipt number or what INS form I filed. I did not fill any INS form (I-612 is for the waiver based on the hardship), and how can I get a receipt number if I did not receive a receipt from thme! the people on the other end of the phone seems know nothing about this type of case. According to your experience, it seems that I need to fill I-612?. Anyway, thanks for sharing your experience.
