誰有辦定居簽證，（Ｄ簽證）的經驗？麻煩辦嗎？

1. keep in mind that your child is not a citezen of china
2. China D visa is almost a "china green card". no green card is eazy even for Chinese Card (in fact it is a passport like id book with dark green cover and half of passport size),
3. get an original birth certification of your child. you definite will need it
4. first both of you settle down in China.
5. bring your child as a visitor if you can not get a D visa
6. you can adjust your child's status youselve or if you are very useful to your company sooner or later your boss may help you. (don't read US immigration law about family based or work based GC.)
7. you get US GC and did not realize that your child need apply for Chinese GC. Chinese GC is relatively eazy compare to US GC, you are over qualified to get it done.
