My waiver was approved in DOS but hasn't got the receipt from USCIS after almost one month.
Today I got a message from a legal assistant. He said that the USCIS sent him a package of documents, which include the documents from DOS to USCIS regarding my waiver. Apparently, the USCIS didn't process the DOS documents and erroneously sent it to the law company in Florida.
I have asked that legal assistant to send the document to me. He is really a nice guy. My questoion is:
Should I send the documents back to USCIS or DOS? These are official letters regarding my waiver. Now, I don't know if the files are complete or not. In addition, I don't know the address in TSC center that taking care of the wiaver files from DOS.
