Where to file I-765 (EAD)? - Asking XBT or other informed people

Where should I send my I-765 for EAD card after my pending 485 being transferred from CSC to Lincoln, NE - CSC or NSC? Can anybody give me a link about that issue. Confused by the instructions in the form.
