回複:question on return receipt in WOM

I think you are asking trivial things. Have you contacted the US attorney who is taking you case? The following are some details of my case FYI.

140 niw filed 04/03 at TSC, approved 08/04 and then 485 filed. And then name check pending but spouse cleared,2 fingerprints, still pending. And then filed WOW pro se in early Dec/06, mailed summon before Chrismas. Gove all e-signatures but FBI's. I was too lazy to file them and I thought they were not important for the court. After new year, bad news and rumor came out. I became concerned. I called and emailed the AUSA. He start to work on. Two weeks later, our cases were approved. Hours after I got the email notices from USCIS, he called and asked me to dismiss the case. One week passed we got our approvals and cards. He also got original copies days before us. I walked into the court to handle in the dismissal. The mail receipts were in my folder, but I did not bother to give them away.

For Mr Newlife, you should contact your US Attorney if you haven't. The government agencies are bad kids doing wrong things towards your case. The US Attorney is their dad. And good luck. For others facing NC pending like I did, I would be more conservative if I had sensed the WOM climate change. The results could be different, right?
