regarding your two things like the following:
1. Yes, though it is on the edge. But it is better than nothing.
2. I don't think so. But definitely it is an important evidene demonstrating your EA.
(3). You didn't publish any conference abstracts (presentations) at international conferences? They fit!
By the way, under EB-EA I think the reference letters play a very critical role. When you are making draft letters, try to switch your role from being a writer to being a reader. Of course, don't assume CIS officers know much about your field: your project, the journal name, etc...See, I have said the above like I am an expert. Actually I am not. I just finished preparation for my application a few days ago and I do understand your feelings and wish you Good Luck!
