To answer your questions, the acknowledgement in your advisor's paper can not be regarded as "published material about you in professinal publications". It has to be an article written by others specifically talking about you and your research.

Teaching should not be qualified as judge. If you are the PhD committee member, it is different. Have you served as journal reviewer?

All the scholarships or fellowships you mentioned can not be regarded as national award.

My suggestion is to try NIW. EB-1A is pretty high.
