1，put you previous A number into I-485
2,If you hold H4,you will lose H4 ,become AOS
3,If you have filed your own I-485 before his I-485 getting denial,no affect. Otherwise ,if you have used EAD,you must leave USA to get a new H visa.If you never use EAD,no affect.
