My brother and his wife may go back to China. Their daughter, 17 years old, are in the last year in high school. They all are Canadian citizens.
I am working in USA. I have had my green card for 2.5 years. Can I adopt my niece (17 years old) and apply a green card for her?
If yes, how long may it takes?
