the emails you got from USCIS means nothing and I don't think XBT can tell you when you case can be approved either. I think what you can do is, contact the congressman office and ask them to contact FBI and check your status, after a few weeks, you might get a responce from FBI regarding your NC, and then you can make a decistion what you want to do.
