where to send the Canada Right of Permanent Residence fee

I have received the letter from Canadian Los Angeles immigration office, asking me to send my passport to 550 S Hope Street for visa. However, I am not sure to which address I should send the $445 Right of Permanent Residence Fee.Anyone could give a hint? I would really appreciate your help.
