請諸位幫助我,我該怎麽辦?

我本身是Los Angeles 的居民,2005 年到New York 參加一個考試,考完當時自我感覺並不理想,當天有來Menses,在這樣的一個背景下我毫無目的地在一家購物中心閑逛,選了幾樣小百貨交了錢出中心閑逛時警玲大響,這才發現自己還有物品沒交錢,便乖乖的隨保安進保安室,向他們解釋我不是故意的,並自願交罰款,但他們根本不理會我,隻說已經報警,讓我等警察,之後是進警察局,打指紋,進法院,見法官,法官問我有物品沒交錢這是不是事時?我回答是的,但不是故意的,法官當庭宣判案子6個月後會自動Dismiss,再之後我就是萬念皆灰的回到了Los Angeles,生活在一種深深的自我否定的心理狀態下.

我的移民身分是485 Pending,二月初收到移民局的信,原文如下:

Evidence available to this service indicates that you have previously been arrested in the state of New York on August 2005.To establish eligibility for the benefit sought you must court certified dispositions that clearly address the criminal changes and any penalties (fine, jail sentence, probation etc) that were assessed. A court disposition is also required if the charges were dismissed.

2. In addition to certified court dispositions for your arrest, you must also a written statement explaining in detail the circumstances of the incident that led to the arrest and charges. Provide specific details and describe your actions and participation in the incident.


求問: 對與問題1, 我有法院的 CERTIFICATE OF DISPOSTION 帶 SEAL 的一封信,這夠嗎?
對與問題 2, 我可以自己寫這個回信嗎? 還是必須找律師事務所?
