請問xiaobaitu等專家 about AP, please help

請問xiaobaitu等專家. I used AP to go back china last year. When I came back, I got a new I-94 card. There is a time stamp on the I-94 card, which is different from the one I got when I first time came here. There is no "status of duration" stamp. It says "Paroled until 6/23/2007". Is my status in US only valid for 1 year until 6/23/2007? Do I have to renew AP to keep my status or travel again to extend the date? My I-485 is pending and I am also on H-1. But I surrendered my I-94 card on H-1 when I left. Thanks.
