may I clarify a couple of questions? first what is the term of pp?
and a certified LCA before April 1 is still okay or valid to file H1 for Oct 1? or usually the legitimate way to process LCA is on April 1? sorry for so many questions, because I asked my lawyer to get my LCA certified earlier than April, and he told me it is not possible until April 1.

I extract part of his email :"we can only the LCA in April for the October start date. We can not request a start date before October because of the quota restrictions"
Is that correct?
