xiaobaitu, can you please give me the link where I can

find out if it is 180 days or 6 months. My employer just informed me my status last week. And I just found this problem.

1, If it is 180 days, tomorrow will be 180 days, if I leave tomorrow, will it be OK to re-enter the US after I get the new H1b visa?

2, If is 6 months, I have more 5 days (Aug 16 2006-Feb 15 2007).
