Xiaobaitu: Can I go back China while 485 and AP pending

Can I go back China for a business trip(3 weeks) while 485 and AP pending? If my AP is approved during my trip, my wife can mail AP to China.

Can I apply H1-b visa in Beijing US embassy if my AP is still pending after 3 weeks trip?

FYI: before applying 485, I went to China twice in 2005 and successfully got H1-b visa.
