Xiaobaitu, Question about I-140 Form

In form I-140, I need to fill in my parents' address of residency and country. My parents have green cards, but they live in China in most time. Which address (China or USA) I should fill in? Thanks.I just worry that USICS may request additional information why they live in US, because there is no place in I-140 to explain that they have green cards.I wish this will not lead to a refer to wast my time because I am going to file EB1b with premium process.Thanks.
