you can get emergency AP by walking into local immi office

At least it worked fine for my friend. she was in Dallas and applied for emergency AP in December 2006.

she wanted to make appointment by INFOpass, but the eariler date was 3 weeks later. so she walked in the local immigration office. of course, she had to wait for hours.

she had 國內家人把病危通知翻成英文，並讓醫院蓋章, also Notorized by a company in USA...

when you walked into the local office, you have to prepare all your legal documents for their review..the first time she went, the officer asked for all her I-20s although she is holding H1b visa..
