You case is the same as mine, my lawyer said it should be work but no anything you can recieved that proved you have change the I-485 to EB1, you can go to local CIS to ask information, at least you can know whether your name check finished or not.And you can ask your lawyer to notice the USCIS that your biometric has expired. All you did maybe helpful for expedite your case. If your name check not passed, refile I-485 has no sense.
