同學的勞工(EB1B)同時申請了140和485, 她隨勞工也交了485申請, 最近她要自己辦NIW, 在140表中"Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? " 是選擇YES (因為她交了485, 有了A#), 還是選擇NO? 謝謝!
