請教。485已經遞出，EDA也拿到。H1B快到期了。我要是

不申請H1B延期，一旦被拒，EDA就失效，一點餘地都沒有，馬上就要滾蛋。但我的律師說，申請H1B延期也一樣，一旦被拒，H1B也同時失效。不知是否是真？我怎樣作才能更安全一點？
