I may not make myself clear. I am a US citizen already. I meant I ted I-130 only for my parents, not with I-485, on I-130 receipt, it says "everyone needs to wait for a visa number...", what does it mean? Does anyone have the similar experience. How long does it usually take to get I-130 approved? Thanks.
