10. 11 reference from 5 professors (1 Chinese, 1 Canada, 2 USA, 1 Singapore), 1 Chief-in-Editor of an international journal (UK), 1 NIST researcher, 5 industry (2 CEO from Japan and USA, 1 CTO from China, 1 Manager from USA)
11. Co-organizer of 3 conference and chaired one session of an international conference
12. Associate Director of a university lab, our lab is not famous
13. ASME, IEEE member, Sigma Xi full member, AAAS professional member
