Find a good lawyer and present your case well, I think you should refile EB1B/EB1A with premium processing. If it goes well, then file 485/EAD or extend your H1B visa for another 3 years.
Another choice is to apply for O1 visa right away. Talk to your employer to explore the possibility. Basically, if you are qualified for EB1, you should be able to get O-1.
