xiaobaitu radiology 高手們請幫助， NIW 140遞上去以後，可不可以H1

本來是做生物方麵的，I140 交到 Texas 了 pending 中，
現在申請商學院， 拿到I-20後，
還能從H1->F1麽？
填 I-539,被問 Have you filed immigrant petition?
回答，YES. 會不會被Rejected.

個人希望在 140 有結果後立即 file I-539.
