i ted 485 in July 05, marriage-based, nc pending since then, got letter for 2nd fp code 1 a few days ago. Since it's code 1, does that mean it's irrelevent to my nc status? I did fp august 05, code 3, which includes code 2, but doesn't little fp (code 2) expire as well?
