勞工卡終於批了， 分享一下， 順便問問題

律師趕在perm開始前遞交了勞工卡申請， 這一等就等了兩年整。 還好， 今天終於批了。 比我原來預期的要快一點， 原來我想， 最遲也就是９月３０號嘛。 現在的結果不算差， 大夥不要著急， 該來的都會來。

這樣我可以遞交１４０， ４８５， EAD, AP了， 是吧？ 但我還有３年H1, 是不是EAD一旦批準 H1就失效了？ 還是說隻有使用了AP後， EAD才會覆蓋掉 H1？ 我知道可以用AP出入邊境而不用簽證。
