xiao bai tu part time job is ok for KEEP SAME AREA JOB

my hu*****and just ask his old boss to continue his job in the same lab ,but with reducing salary in order to get green card ,is it ok to do part time job in terms of green card , if USCIS found this ,will get trouble ? thanks a lot , EB1 university sponsored
