MBA畢業在ACCOUNTING FIRM的STAFF-ACCOUNTANT職位申請H-1B

請教小白兔或其他任何有經驗大蝦,MBA畢業在ACCOUNTING FIRM的STAFF-ACCOUNTANT職位是否申請H-1B不易通過或根本就不符合要求.Does my status not match with the requirements of staff accountant which is entry level position and only requires undergraduate level.
如此有何辦法或經驗解決此問題?謝謝! _(a)
