XiaoBaiTu, other experts, Dismissed misdemeanor

I had a traffic+misdemeanor case before, holding another state's valid drive license and drive in California, I had cal DL before I transfered it to another state. Case was dismissed by judge. Will this affect the I485? should I check the box in this item in 485?
"been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding
traffic violations?"
