2）part 2 #5: requested action，是選哪個？
3) part 4 #8: if you indicated you were filing a new petition in Part 2, within the past seven years has any person in this petition: a)ever been given the classification you are now requesting? b)ever been denied the classfication you are now requesting? 我應該選yes還是no?
