Help.:Can i(H4) get F1 visa if my hu*****and's I140 had been approved?
I read some information before. It said once your I140 get approved, you can not apply for F1 visa. But we have not file 485 yet, that means i(myself as a H4) don't have anything to do with the immigrantion status, right? Because the lawyer(EB2) won't count me in until my hu*****and is about to file the 485. Am i right? They only reason i can think is my hu*****and's I140 has my name on it?
