I got my Labor Certification this week. Could you please tell me by what time I need to file I-140 to avoid my LC gets expired? Do I have to file I-140 in order to get my H1-b extend on the 7th year? My second 3-year H1-b will be expired in Nov. 2007. Since my hu*****and has filed I-140 for him and 485 for both of us at the end of last year and I got the case number of 485, I don’t know if I should or if I can continue GC application from my side. I’m thinking to file I-140 for me in case my hu*****and’s I-140 gets rejected later. Do you think it is good idea?
