Our 485 finally got approved on 1/27/07. I would like to share some info to you guys. Hopefully all of you can get the approval sooner.

Labor Certificate: 7/19/2002
I140 and 485 co-filing: 8/25/2003
First fp: 11/20/2003
I140 approved: 2/18/2004
485 RFE: 1/20/2005
EB3 retro begins: 12/2004
waiting, waiting, and waiting..............
Priority date becomes current: 11/2006.
Second fp notice: 11/9/2006
I485 approved: 1/27/07



7/25/2005 got laid off unexpectedly
8/2005 got a new job and at the same time found another Immigration attorney and transferred my case to that firm.
9/2005 started working in a new company, although title is different.
10/2005 filed AC21

BTW, it is VSC center.

Spent 4.5 years on this thing, sigh!
I felt that USCIS is much faster than before. It has taken about 2 months to justify my case since PD becomes current.
