cry everyday, but no tears, ye

yesterday cried to tears.

i submitted the first H1B petition jan 19, got RFE Jan, 26. submitted response Feb 12. Till now, no new info. The CIS caseonline says: it's taking 10 and 15 days to process. however, since the preliminary precess is done, it may take less than the minimium days.

but, till today, it's still pending. i did the premium application. why? it was fast to get the RFE, only like 5 days. but, the sonced step is taking forever. I guess, i may get rejected because of the CAP, or other reason.

anybody knows anything? or similar situation? please share.
