Xiabaitu, how about my case for citizenship?Should I sue or not?

I applied in December 2005 and passed interview in May 2006 but the case is pending because of the name/background check. I am thinking of sueing but according to your post, it's not wise to do it since it is too early. Or are you just talking about green card application. I'd like to do it by myself because I can't afford 3000 or 5000 dollars.
