Xiaobaitu please help

Does anyone here know how long I need to wait for a second interview with USCIS (the formerly INS) if I reschedule? I won't be able to take this one since I am ready to leave for China for Spring Festival? The INS letter said my case would be significantly delayed if I do so.

Any suggestions and/or comments are greatly appreciated,
