I ted I140/485 concurrently to TSC on Sept.29, 2005. The TSC got them on (Sept. 30, 2005) according to USPS Express tracking record and the signature. But the priority date on the I-140 approval notice is Oct. 3, 2005. I wonder if the priority date is wrong - that means it should be the receiving date (Sept. 30, 2005). Though this is a few days difference, their outcome may be significant if the PD current date happen to be set on Oct 1st, 2005 sometime later. From Ms. Chen Dan-Hong's newest post I learned TSC made some PD mistake, maybe mine is one of them? Any suggestion? Thanks a lot.
