Almost forgot but could be useful for someone with the same problem:

7/25/2005 got laid off unexpectedly
8/2005 got a new job and at the same time found another Immigration attorney and transferred my case to that firm.
9/2005 started working in a new company
10/2005 filed AC21

BTW, it is VSC center.
