回複：W2 form -j1 VISA holder

填1040NR報聯邦稅。其中應交稅額為0，已交稅額為w-2上預扣的數字，也就是總計應該退還給你的稅款。另外要付上8833表，申明中美之間的免稅treaty。

州稅也照此辦理，但美中treaty對州政府沒有作用，有的州仍然要交州稅。
