謝謝各位回答! 我以J1簽證進來，後在境內轉為H1b,所以有H1批準書，但無H1b簽證章。隻憑H1批準書（I-797A 含I94)， 就可返回嗎?
有朋友說可以，也確有人這樣做了沒事。我覺得不行，I485有關說明如下: (Page 6)
