再次請教xiaobaitu, radio I140表的錯誤問題？

多謝你們的幫助。我準備按照你們的建議重新添140表，然後附上我的797notice。剛才我添140表的時候。有兩項不知道怎麽添。
Part 4的第5項，Is the person you are filing for in removal proceeding? 我應該添NO, 還是YES？ 第6項，Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? 我應該添NO, 還是YES？
