Job experience does not include your current company

You had to had over 6 months experience before you joined your company on LC. Whenever your company was purchased or become into a joint venture, it counts your experience even you did not change your position at all. But if you stay in your company even for 10 years before you did the LC, it still does not count.

You still have plenty of time to do a PERM and get I-140 approved via premium service. Then you can extend your H1-B for another 3 years.
